Kai is CEO | Managing Director at Zalando Payments and joined Zalando in 2015 to build up Zalando Payments GmbH. Zalando Payments is one of the largest e-money institutions regulated by BAFIN and specializes in platform business solutions in Europe. With his international team of 250 employees, the company develops and operates consumer and partner business solutions. Previously to Zalando, Kai spent 5 years of his career at Europcar Germany and 11 years at Bertelsmann/Riverty. During this time Kai has held a variety of leading management roles, most recently as Managing Director Billing and Payments for Riverty. He holds a degree of Business Administration from the Dresden Business School of Economics.
